| As a result of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the BC Innovation Council (BCIC) and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) of the People’s Republic of China on March 3rd, 2006, the parties have jointly initiated a strategic development program focussing on innovation and commercialization for their mutual benefit. |
The objective of the Innovation and Commercialization Strategic Development (ICSD) Program is to support excellence in research, technology development and commercialization projects of interest to both parties. Supported projects are expected to:
