Miss Lum has a long history with BCIC, serving as COO and acting CEO for serveral years. Upon leaving the Council in 2007, Miss Lum graciously agreed to volunteer her services as Chair of the Office of International Partnerships.
Day-to-day activities with the Office of International Partnerships are handled by the Vice President, Innovation Development.
